Writing Home Run
When writing a sentence, students are encourage to hit a Writing Home Run!
First Base: Capital Letter
all sentences begin with an uppercase letter
Second Base: Finger Spaces
in a sentence, all words have spaces between them
Third Base: Punctuation
all sentences end with a period, question mark or exclamation point
If you can get to all of those bases, you will have a complete sentence and hit a Home Run!
